Where is the vehicle now?
What if anything have you been able to check?
Miles, engine if you can,
When you say won't start , does that mean the starter does crank the engine, but it will not start running
What exactly does it do or not do aside from not starting?
Do the headlights work, are they full brightness?
I could provide loads of reasons for a vehicle not to start, but not being there, a lot of those questions would be answered just by what I see and hear so how about a little help?

There are a few things that could prevent the starter from operating among which are;
Poor battery cable connections where they connect to the battery AND where they connect to the vehicle.
Open fuse
If an automatic, neutral safety sw.
Alarm system (Will never shut down a running engine)
Starter relay /solenoid or the starter itself.
Poor connection at fuse panel

Clean up the battery posts and cable terminals. Also, follow negative cable to chassis.
And clean up grounding points. Don't forget the engine grounding strap also.
Then try starting engine. Does it crank?
If no then go to engine bay fuse box and locate the starter relay.
Identify pins 87 and 30. They should be load side.
Putting a jumper between 87 and 30 should crank engine.
Pins 86 and 85 should be control side.
They come from the ignition and go to ground
Check powers and grounds.

Need details ...

if you have no battery power, dim to no headlights , dim to low dash lights, no accessories lights on dash with key in run position, your alternator may have quit charging vehicle and would eventually stall, if this is the case you can charge battery, start vehicle and check charging system with a voltmeter if you can access one, with engine running should read around 13.5 volts. anything lower than about 12.5 volts would indicate a charging issue, may need alternator.
