Default Air conditioning problem

I own a 2003 Santa Fe, 4 cylinder, the A/C stopped blowing air while driving. I checked and the compressor is engaged, I checked the low pressure nozzle and it was at 125 psi while idling. I think that is high right? I have searched online and checked other things like the fans which are both running fine, the fuse, which seems fine. Oh and the low pressure line is hot to the touch. Im not sure what else to check, or If i need to check anything else. Its hitting 105 degrees here and it is no fun. I am not a car expert, but I try to do my own repairs if possible. thanks for any help.

I also just looked and the Compressor is not disengaging when the A/C is turned off.
