I just picked up an 07 SE AWD with 18,000 mi from a dealer, I have to go back today to pick up a jack that is missing from the car. I noticed it has a spot for a fire extinguisher and first aid kit, do they come with the car?

I bought a new Santa FĂ© in 07 and it also had the space for the first aid kit and fire extinguisher but they weren't included.
