Default headlight

Hi All,

My son has my dad's old 2008 Sante Fe GLS 2.7 FWD. It is a good runner but we recently came upon an odd headlight problem. We are getting no lamps working on the from passenger side. All others work. Fuses that I have found check out. With the wires out of the headlight assembly it worked on one lamp for a minute. Puzzles me that it happened and now still fuses ok but no volts to the lamp cable connections on voltmeter.

Any reason headlight, bright and turn signal all lose voltage to the assembly?

Thanks.

You might want to verify that side has a good ground connection for it to work.
