Default Rough riding !

I have owned my 2019 S-F SEL 2.4 since new. I like it overall,
but my #1 complaint is the too firm ride, has anyone done suspension upgrades
to improve the ride. {lower back problems}
What brand of tires would improve the ride ?

One thing you might look into.
Many new vehicles these days come with "Low Profile" tires. They are great for taking fast turns and sporty driving. Because they have a smaller sidewall they have less flexibility than regular larger tires and deliver a somewhat harder ride. Suggest you check with one or two tire places and inquire what they have to say..

Not the problem, it came with standard factory installed tires from new.

Just because that's what the factory put on , doesn't mean they are the best for the given circumstances, that's why we check.

You would make out much better if you checked this out with a few tire places.
