Santa Fe timing belt

I suppose it depends on whether you use a dealer's service dept.
or an independent mechanic. I had mine done at the dealership and
it cost just about $600. I would think the labor rate where you live
would be comparable to around here, so it should be in that ballpark.

2.4 - $$
2.7 - $
3.5 - $$$
--------------------------
2.4 has a timing belt, a balance shaft belt, a tensioner, 2 drive belts
2.7 is the easiest to do, timing belt, 1 drive belt, and a tensioner
3.5 is a whole lot of fun, tight quarters, timing belt, 4 cams to deal with, tensioner, 2 drive belts, and a pile of labor..
Come Monday, I can rough our prices for you..
