Question Some issues with my new Santa Fe - curious about your experiences

I just received my new Santa Fe. In my country the highest spec is Shine and I specced all the options. I think in the US this is the Caligraphy edition. I come from an Audi A6 avant as my previous car. Although I knew that it would be a downgrade in terms of quality i'm disappointed in a couple of things. But I'm hoping that I haven't figured out the car yet and that I can get some help from this forum.

- The 'auto hold' switches off when you turn off the car. This is super annoying, in my Audi you just turned it on and it would stay on forever. I looked all over the car settings. Any tips.
- The head-up display switched back to default settings when you switch a user, it doesn't change with the user and it doesn't stay on the previous settings.
- The smart key is not so smart. How do you get out of your car, get something from the boot and then lock the car without getting the key out of your pocket? (or walking to a door?). My Audi had a second button on the lid
- When entering an address in the navigation it goes looking for an internet connection. Half of the time none is found and you need to wait for a minute (literally) before it offers the possibility for 'use local map'. Can you speed that up?
- On the highway it asks to keep my hands on the wheel when they are on the wheel...

so all in all not the best experience after a week in a new 60k€ car. Any tips?

thanks a lot
