I have a 2096, Santa Fe, Won't turn over. The battery is over 3 years old, lights and radio work fine.

You haven't given too much details.
Also, you haven't said what you have done to find the problem.

Is this a no crank, no start
Or is it a crank, no start
The answer to this would set the path
Whether we look into the starter circuit
(ignition switch, starter, safety neutral switch ....)
Or do we look into the running circuit
(ignition coils, wires, plugs, fuel injectors, ....)

If you just want to talk about it then what is there to say???
