Does anyone know what else to do to 05 Sonata GLS: Front Brakes stick after about 4-8 miles cannot even turn the wheels, locked up tight will even smoke.... if too hot while driving. Have changed everything twice-three times for certain parts. Master Cyclinder-3, Brake Calibers -4, New Rotors and pads, Brake Hoses, Brake Booster. Still having this problem, frustrated and upset this car only has 61,521 miles on it and not much winter driving. This has been a major undertaking with no results. Brakes pads were replaced last year, no problem till Sept. coming home in a major rainstorm, few days later coming home without any indication my car stopped on its own no brakes applied and wheels were so tight could'nt hardly give gas and move. Has no ABS no Traction Control, seems when I need to order parts I have to get '04 and '05 auto parts..... made June 2004. they aked...... very confusing for the auto guys....

 

My son is having the same problem. did you ever find the fix?
We have also replaced the master, caliper, breaklines.
