2008 sonata 3.3 no start after changing O2 Sensor
2008 hyundai sonata 3.3 wont start after installing oxygen senssor. 192,000 miles automatic
Scanner now shows all 4 o2 sensors bad after replacing upstream bank 2 sensor 1.
Car won't start unless I spray carb cleaner in the intake air hose, then dies. Any ideas? I check all fuses and just to be sure replaced everone
probably quite simple. I disconnected o2 sensor and reconnected

First what kind of problem was there originally?
It is extremely rare to have all 4 ,O2 sensors go bad at the same time,,, UNLESS some work was done to the engine and whatever was used as gasket maker contaminated all the sensors or coolant got in there and can do that too. Is this what might have happened?
What were the codes your scanner produced?

*PROBLEM SOLVED* . Original issue
Original issue was the oxygen sensor listed in original post was reading bad. Couldn't pass state inspection. Replaced o2 sensor. Disconnected battery negative side before removal and install.
started vehicle and it ran for a about 30 seconds then died. Checked all fuses and relays, etc.
PROBLEM SOLVED: Can you believe it was the key ignition cylinder. Very hard to turntkey at times. It had been an issue for about 7 years. Mobile mechanic figured it out. Rigged it until I can pick up the new replacement. All good.

Every so often , we get one of these. Entirely unrelated.
Reminds me of when we got a written problem in math and the teacher would throw in a piece of entirely unneeded/ unrelated info to throw off your information to figure out the solution.
