I'm wondering if anyone can direct me to a wiring diagram for a 99 Sonata 6cyl. My windshield wipers stopped working. The Switch and relay are both brand new. So I want to test the wiring behind the fusebox under the hood. Want to know which wires to test. Thanks.

 

Are you sure it's electrical? Turn the ignition key to ON be don't start the engine. Then turn the wipers and open the hood. Listen near the base of the windshield in the engine compartment, just under the driver side wiper arm. Can you hear the motor running? If you can, it's possible the mechanism is disconnected from the wiper motor.

I say this because it just happened last night to my wifes Kia Sedona minivan. I had to remove the wiper arms and plastic cowling to access the wiper motor and reattach the linkage.
