Ok guys back from the dealership. Went to great lakes hyundai in streetsboro ohio. Do not recommend them. When I pulled in I showed them The Etacs Unit and told them that I believe that is what the problem is they took an hour of full labor @92.00 trying to trouble shoot it. After 50 min I asked them to just test the Etacs and that is what it was. They wanted 450.00 to replace and repair it. Including the 107 they already were getting for diagnosing a problem that I told them what it was. So anytime you here a clicking noise in your car with your key in just the on position and the windows and taillights no longer work the Etacs unit has Malfunctioned and will need replaced. Found mine at the Junkyard with a 90 day warranty for 20 bucks.
