Thumbs down Help My Sonata is a piece of Crap!

So 3 days ago, a guy told me my break light was out. I checked and it was. I went to walmart and got the stop breaklight bulb today. seems easy right? I almost broke my finger trying to turn that grey ****! it doesn't come out! I see some of the plastic on it is bent too. wtf? Now I don't know what to do, I tried to turn both sides where is says to OPEN and nothing. It will not come out. SO now im thinking I have to spend tons of money to go to the dealership am I right?

First it's brake, not break.
Second, what year sonata?
Third, which bulb? One of the tail lights or the center light?

It's the brake light. I took it in to the dealership and I told them I had problems with it. they replaced it and I asked the advisor how he did it and he said, "We are Professionals". So they changed the light bulb I paid 22 dollars. I look in there and find they broke off part of the socket, I could have done that. here are the pics. it's a Sonata 2013.

Go back and ask them to be replaced under warranty. They broke them.
