belt tensioner problem

Default belt tensioner problem
My 2006 v6 is having a problem with the belt tensioner. The part is moving when I turn the car on. Idk if I just need to titan this problem or replace the hole thing.

What do you mean it's moving? The tensioner is supposed to move a little when the engine is running.

It's moving like up and down and it's crazy it makes a very loud noise like a squiling almost.
