Default Looking for a radio....

I just learned that Hyundai made a radio, called the M455 for the Hyundai Sonata NF series. It's designed for the 2006-era cars (before the dashboards got all "Major Tom" on us), and has a CD player, with MP3 capability, AND a cassette player! Being an older gentlemen, I still have many cassettes--including MANY books on tape--that I would love to be able to play directly.

Anyone ever see one of these? Better yet--anyone know where I could BUY one of these??

Be aware, though: it seems to be the case that Hyundai labeled radios with these features, but designed for OTHER dashboards (like the Elantra, mentioned on an older thread on these boards) all as "M455" radios. Not how I would have done it, but what can a person do?

My ideal radio:

The headunit in that thread was from an Entourage minivan, not an Accent. And it won't fit your Sonata because the Sonata has a unique, curved front fascia. Unless you can find one specifically from a Sonata on eBay, I'd suggest buying an aftermarket headunit or coming into the 21 century and getting rid of your cassettes and getting MP3 CD's.

Tape is DEAD.

I think I'm going to stop with this effort.

Basically, I FOUND the radio:

Auto Parts hyundai- parts directory

The problem is, it's $892!!!!

So...never mind!
