Greetings:

I'm trying to figure how how/why some MP3 files play on a CD in the CD Player and some don't. Can anyone shed some light on what might be the specs for an MP3 file to play correctly?

From my testing, it doesn't appear to have any connection tot he CD-R brand or type as I can burn a CD with 36 songs (12 from 3 different sources) and have the first 12 work, the second 12 not but the third twelve work fine as well. I'm guessing it might have something to do with the bit rate of the MP3 but can't find the range for that if it is.

I wish I could shed some light on this, but am also having the same problem. I'm currently looking into it a bit more - will post anything I find.
