Is your check engine light on? Have the car scanned for codes. Sounds like you have several problems. The speedo problem on these cars is usually a vehicle speed sensor malfunction. The sensor is located on transmission below the throttle body near the right hand axle. When this part fails it will not set a code. This sensor is for the cluster only. The rf wheel speed sensor is the input for the ECM for vehicle speed. As far as the fuel level problem it sounds like a fuel level sender problem. You can check with ohm meter if you have that ability. The clock is a common problem. It needs replacement.
