Driver's window stuck down

Driver's window stuck down
'09 Sonata
Today I got in the car with the window down. Pushed the button to lift the window. Heard a fairly loud thunk and then nothing. Push the button, you can hear it attempt to do something, but it ain't happening.
Car is at about 73K, so the bumper to bumper warranty is over.
I removed the interior panel and regulator motor. I have removed the 10mm hex bolts that hold the panel in place, in hopes that I might removed it, but, it doesn't want to come out and I don't want to force it.
Any recommendations appreciated.

I'm not sure how far along you've gotten with the project, but here is the 2009 Sonata Front Window Assembly to help you along.
There may be rivets still holding the panel on?
