Default Slight hesitation on take off

I have a new 2014 Sonata, less than 3500 mi, and it seems to have always had a little slight hesitation or surging back and forth when starting out with very little throttle with the ECON button in off or on position. It even shifts back to first from second or from third to second under this condition to Giving it more throttle than I really need seems to smooth it out. Just seems like it isn't getting enough gas on very low throttle. It's not bad enough to worry about taking it back to the dealer but what would they do anyway to cure this? I'm afraid if they would reprogram the computer if that is in fact what they do it would maby really affect my gas mileage. Could it be the throttle position sensor needs a slight adjustment if it is actually adjustable? It's not a miss, it's more of a surging kind of feeling unless you give it a little more throttle. It's perfect under all other conditions and very good gas mileage.
