Default Sonata 2016 door open light

Good evening to all, I got sonata 2016 2 months ago and just today when I unlocked the car I noticed that the door sign (light on dashboard) for the door behind the driver open although that door is closed!
I tried to find a pin or a switch but unfortunately no luck.
Any help pleeeease?

Since you have not gotten an answer yet I will tell u what I know. My boy's old Ford Taurus had the same problem.....door light on but door closed. I looked and looked for some kind of a switch but could not find it. Finally, for $20 bucks I downloaded a one month's subscription to a Mitchell car manual and then printed wiring diagrams for the door locks and windows etc. I discovered inside of the door lock assembly which is inside of the door panel, there is a light switch connected to the power lock mechanism......if that makes any sense. I bought a new switch from Ford for $12 bucks shipped. Although, it was a bear to install, I had to take the door lock apart, the door light now works properly.....my son did not thank me. Anyway, I know this auto is different than your Hyundai but since you cannot find a switch there is a chance your switch is inside of your door panel. By the was, when all else fails, get a manual! Good luck

Sometimes a liberal shot of WD40 into the lock assy allows it to free up and work again.

Thank you so much for your help it's highly appreciated, and it's correct the switch is in the door lock.
Thanks again
