Thanks for the quick reply. You may have misinterpreted what my svc indicated.
I mentioned he "intimated" or hint indirectly. We then had a discussion about the steering system software worked. I drew a diagram of how it worked. He was surprised as I'm not an engineer, just a retired guy with lots of diverse education & experience.
I think my GLS has the same problem as yours; however, I've not had the time to take it on a longer hwy ride. I could say the same thing you said:

"Mine did not have drift one way it just needed too frequent corrections either way."

I wonder if the problem would not have appeared at all if the car had been equipped with less squishy tires? I noticed somebody on the forum had fitted one of my favorites - Firestone Winterforce - and was pleased with them. Please let me know how the Hunter adjustments go. Thanks, Gil
