Default 1999 Springs/Breaks

Hi guys. I took the advice of many and I'm planning on just restoring the car to it's beautiful self before I start putting money into **** like rims. I need some new rotors/pads for thew back, the fronts are brand new but I might as well get some nice drilled/slotted rotors or something. Anyone know any good brands for pads/rotors that the tiburons like? Also, I'm in the market for some new springs, the struts are still in good condition (I hear the slightest bit of creeking when I go over hard bumps. Only just started doing that since I brought it out of storage). Also, are there some timing belts better then others? Thank you!

Also when lowering the car, after time (especially on honda's) I notice the tires start to take a bit of a lean permantely. Is that because of the cambers? What else do I need to purchase to ensure that my suspension will last just as long as stock suspension would, or help it to last as long as stock suspension.
