Driver side interior lights not working

Hey all,

I have a 2003 Tib and the driver's side lights don't work. As in the window and mirror operator panels don't get illuminated. The door light doesn't turn on when the door opens and neither do the dome lights. This only happens for the driver side door -- passenger side door has no problems and everything lights up properly (and the dome lights come one when the door is open).

Any ideas what this might be? All electrical components on the driver side (mirrors, power window, etc) work.

Thanks!

It looks like this might be due to the door switch. Apparently mine froze over and so the contact wasn't made properly.... sometimes it would activate the alarm after the driver side door would shut. I locked my keys in my keys in my car while dusting snow off of it. While running... but that's a different story :-). The dealer unfroze the door switch and it works fine now.

So this should stop when the weather warms up?

Tough to say because they also replaced my door switch. I'm pretty sure it was just frozen and not faulty. It's a good chance that it'll be fine once the weather warms up a bit.
