Are you using any boost controller?
How much psi are you boosting?
Is it tuned?
What turbo and supporting mods?
Kinda sounds like excessive crankcase pressure, but with just a little more info and I can help you moreman.

if you are using a S.S. turbo manifold, buy some wraps for it, it usually helps quite a bit, but only use the wraps if you're manifold is S.S. otherwise it will eventually rott the manifold.
