I just got this car yesterday, it's an 03 GT with a ton of tuscani stuff on it. What exactly is "tuscani" for this car?

It's already got some performance stuff on it like a CAI short ram with a K&N cone and dual borla exhaust.

I'm just looking for some performance plug wires to put in there and maybe coils. What's a good brand to go with?

Tuscani is just the name used for the GT in other countries. The Tiburon name is used in the US, Canada and a few other countries. Everywhere else it's called the Coupe. The Tiburon GT is called Tuscani in those other countries.
