Exclamation Problem please help

I have a 2000 hyundai tiburon and iam trying to figure out why my cables spark when i hook my battery up and i pulled my Bplus 50amp fuse and it stoped so i wanna if its my starter getting ready to go out

HUH? Your cables are sparking because there is a draw on the battery. It has nothing to do with your starter. How are you connecting the battery wires? Positive first then negative? That's the correct way. Never connect the negative first.

And always disconnect the negative first, then the positive when removing cables.
