Angry 2005 Hyundai Tucson - broken timing belt

My wife just had her timing belt replaced on her '05 Tucson. It was running great prior to replacement. When pulling away from the dealer there was a loud bang from the engine bay and the vehicle stopped in the middle of a busy highway (after driving 20 feet). The new belt has broken and/or come off the pulley. Dealer says that everything is ok other than a cover and they are replacing parts. Is there anything I should be aware of or have them sign prior to picking up the vehicle tomorrow? I have concerns having seen pictures of destroyed valves and pistons after a break. Not very happy as it was fine until we took the vehicle in for replacement at the dealer.

Nice service dept... they dont test drive their work ?

Let the customer do the test drive after paying for service.
