Does anyone have any idea how to remove the center console from between the seats on a 2006 Tucson? I want to install a video distribution box in there and access the rear cigarette lighter wiring.

 

FLOOR CONSOLE REPLACEMENT


- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1.Remove the end cover (A).


2.Loosen the console mounting bolts and nuts.

3.After disconnecting the seat warmer connector (A), remove the console assembly (B).


4.Installation is the reverse of removal.
