Hi i have a 2006 hyundai tucson.
I'll give you a bit of history of the car since I've had it for 3 years.

*had the water pump changed
*had the head taken off and redone due to corrosion and leaking into 1st cylinder

About 2weeks after i had the head done it runs really rough at idle (black smoke puffs out the muffler) for about 15 - 30 seconds then slowly smooths out. The rough idle gets worse the warmer the engine is.
The car runs perfect at low to high speeds but every time it starts or is put into park it runs rough.

Need help please.

 

Doesn't sound right to me. Who did the work? I'd go back to them.
