2007 Hyundai Tucson help
Hi all,
Been having an issue with my 2007 Tucson. Seems that when I am driving and my transmission shifts, the back of the car feels like it kicks. Doesn't happen all the time, and never had an error light come on. Taken to the dealer, but with no error light, then have been no help.
I had a somewhat similar issue with a Sonata I had and was fixed by replacing the input/output speed sensor.
Any ideas?

Do you mean it's "hard shifting". My old Mercedes does that, especially when it's cold. I was told the tranny in the 400E is a weak-point so I have always babied it. Then I found out just the other week that there is an adjustment for that right on the side of the tranny! You turn it left for harder shifting and right for softer. lol! Only had it 7 years!
Don't know what adjustments there are on the Tuscon. Check the simple stuff - Make sure your hand brake isn't binding. If you have 4WD there are more components in play. About the worst thing you can do to gears is to "crash" them so baby it till you get it sorted.
Keep us posted here please.
