New owner and new to Hyundai... I picked up a 2017 Tucson Limited with the 1.6 T I have noticed the transmission lag and shift weird. I am also having a problem getting my 2nd Fob from my dealer.. They lost it and have not \ wont replace it any Ideas?

Your Tucson has a Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). It's basically a manual transmission that has the computer control the clutch and gear shifts. It's a different feeling from driving a normal automatic transmission. That may be all the problem is but you can always have the dealership check it. As for the key, that's part of the original purchase. If they don't get you that fob, contact Hyundai Corporate and complain about the dealer.
