I have a 2007 Tucson and ever since I installed a new pioneer radio with bluetooth my instrument panel lights won't turn on. Incidentally the light in the front lighter is also out. The lighter works not the light. I did a check on all of the fuses and they all look good. I also unscrewed the instrument panel and checked the lights on the instrument panel and they all look good- nothing burned out. I know there is a fuse box under the under and haven't check those because I didn't think anything would relate. Should I check those? If so, which one? I'm at a loss. I'm guessing there must be a faulty or loose wire somewhere.

Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
