Removing the bumper step plate/pad.
I need to remove the rear bumper step plate and slip on a new one. Does the plastic step piece just lift off or do you have to somehow get underneath. I dont want to start pulling at something before I know how it properly comes off. Thanks for any help you can throw my way!
