I have a 2017 Tucson. Today my smart liftgate stopped working. I have checked the settings to make sure it’s activated. I unactivated it and reactivated it. I reset everything to factory settings and set all the settings again. Tried cycling engine on and off a few times. Still not working. Read the owners manual and no help. Anybody have any other ideas before i schlep to the dealer??

 

Call the dealership and see if they can answer your questions, first

If its a 2017 I'd assume you still have your warranty on it, Dealership would be my first stop before I did any messing with it even if it seemed simple.

 

Nope. No warranty. I drive too much.
