Default Tucson 2008 Rear defogger

Rear defogger on my 08 Tucson is not working, I've tested the rear heater element and there seems to be to breaks at all in the circuit, I've also tested both of the relevant fuses but still no luck getting it to work, I just wondered if it could be anything else I've not tried yet, or maybe a relay, the switch on dashboard illuminates when I press it but again no action on the back window, I am wondering if it could be a wiring problem somewhere maybe, or does anybody know the location of the relay concerned, any help is much appreciated thank you.

Bad news.. Relay is located in the fuse panel by the drivers side door. It is soldered in so is a non replaceable part.
Have a look a my post regarding power windows relay.
If you have no power getting to the fuse then this is where I'd be looking.

I bought a secondhand fuse panel off eBay. £30.
Hyundai wanted £320.
Easy swap out.
