squeaky brakes and clutch in 2008 tucson city
Does anyone know what is causing squeaky brakes? I just bought this car a week ago though it had bad rotors being scored from the brakes I assumed, until I bought new pads and rotors now its scoring my new rotors and squealing still and is it also common for the brake clips to be a few mills away from the rotor? doesn't seem to allow for much brake wear.
I also have a squeaky clutch the noise is under the hood by the sounds of it, I have tried WD40 and grease on the clutch slave cylinder but still no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated

If you take off the wheel then you should be able to take the pads off and see what is causing the scoring on the rotors.
I can not see what the problem is from here.
As for the clutch, if it really is coming from the clutch then it may be time to replace it.
Hard to say, ... is it slipping at all??
