Default Tucson seat problem.

I bought my 22 Tucson last year and soon discovered that the passenger side rear seat would not recline or fold down properly. I reported It to the dealer and since then I have had no luck getting It fixed. They tell me that there are no orderable parts for the mechanism. It's been months and though it's not inconvenienced me too much, I would like it fixed. If I could find a description of the mechanism, I could probably fix it myself. I'm sure it can't be that complex.

The dealership has tried & are having not luck. They replaced the passenger seat & the lever still doesn't work. They said when its out of vehicle it reclines, as soon as its mounted back into the vehicle, the seat wont recline. Go figure. I'm not taking the car back until its fixed. I bought it end of May 2024. Was advertised as Certified. Well they missed this & a broken horn, which has been fixed.
