Default Check engine light, code P2191, won’t go past 20mph

Hello, I have a 2016 veloster turbo, with 37k miles, check engine light came on and took to autozone to run scan on code, came up as P2191, system too lean at higher load bank 1, replace pcv valve and hose. The next day I drove and now the car will not accelerate past 20mph, would this be caused by faulty pcv valve and hose? Thank you

The vehicle electrical system is going into "Limp Mode". It does this to let the operator know there is a problem that requires correction now.
There are several possible causes and the best way to handle this is to have someone with a capable scan tool check out the data stream.info.

2016 should still have warranty. Engine issue.
The ECM has reached its limit in trying to compensate for air fuel ratio.
You can have a vacuum leak where too much outside air is getting into the engine (unmetered air)
Try spraying carb cleaner around the intake and listen for engine speed changes
It could be stuck fuel injectors.
Throw w few bottles of injector cleaner and see if it clears up
It could be the IAV. Idle air control valve is stuck.
Clean with carb cleaner
Upstream O2 sensor could be faulty
Would replace with OEM type.

There are many levels of scan tools.
All which use the data link connector of the OBDII
Some scan tools are programmed specifically for the manufacturer
It can read codes. Read all the modules. Activate bi-directional controls. Program the ECM and immobilizer, etc
Scan tools can cost between 50 dollars to tens of thousands of dollars.
Amazon sells the Autel which has many functions for a lower cost.
Personally I bought the Harbor freight special Zurich ZR11.
Should have waited to buy the ZR15
Or even got the cheaper Autel

Just like when your doctor looks at your blood work, a tech looks at the data stream info and can often tell what is off spec under certain conditions.
We know fuel trim is involved , but we need to know other info to get a better picture of what is going on. Some include; RPM, coolant temp, MAF, rdg, oxygen sensor activity etc.
If you can post the entire data stream info here for us to examine , that would help a lot.

Was able to give it a proper scan with obd scanner and now two codes are present, same as before with the pcv valve, and now there is a P0191, fuel rail pressure sensor, would this be causing it to go into limp mode? If so what would be the fix? Thank you

If,,,,,,,,,,,,,the sensor or the info to or from it is not rational, the code will appear.
The best scan tool will maybe tell you the pressure if the sensor is working correctly, and maybe not. You do have a few choices, however, one is to just replace the fuel rail pressure sensor and hope that is all it was and if the problem is still present check to see if the info coming from the sensor is altered, or not coming at all which could be a wiring /connection problem. My suggestion is to leave this diagnosis and repair to someone more familiar with the system.
