Default air bag light on and seat belt warning

I had a drain on the battery from the radio/cd player. Before I narrowed it down to the radio I pulled the fuses under the hood one at a time to test if one of the things they controlled was the culprit. They were fine.

The problem is after I determined the radio was the problem and I started to drive the 2008 Veracruz the seat belt not fastened warning bell keeps ringing even though they are fastened and the air bag light is on. They both worked fine until I pulled the fuses under the hood. I rechecked and the fuses are all ok and securely replaced.

Any ideas on what I might have done to cause this and a possible fix?
