Default Rear Speaker Demounting, XG350

Hello,

I am driving a 2005 XG350. I like to replace the rear speakers, but I donīt know how to get to the speakers.
I tried to remove the grid on top of the speakers, but it is not possible to remove/leverage it without damaging the grid or the tray.
From trunk there is also no possibility to release the grid.
Does anyone know how to replace the rear speakers?
Do I have to remove the complete tray before?

Here are some pictures:

Thanks for your help!

Obviously you have to pry the grill from the top. But as to how you do it w/o messing up the grill is the trick. Trial and error.

@jsinton
Thank you very much for your help. Meanwhile I found the solution. I have to demount the complete tray, because the grill is fixed with 4 screws from the bottom. It is not a easy way but the only one
