2001 santa fe hood not locking

Default 2001 santa fe hood not locking
Just put in new radiator but now cant get hood to close down to lock. Please help

OK,
So we know just where we are,
When you say close down, do you mean the hood will not go down all the way or goes down and the retainer slide doesn't engage the post to hold it down in the locked position?

Should he retrace the work he did while removing and replacing the radiator??
It is obvious something he did has caused this issue.

Default Hood not locking down
Fixed.... lowest bolt on support bar not tight.thank you to everyone for helping me
