2007 Hyundai Tucson aautomatic gearbox problem
Good day,
I have a 2007 Tucson automatic with a gearbox problem.
It goes into "limp" mode every now and then, took it for diagnostic and was told that the gearbox speed sensor is picking up a slip in the gearbox. The problem is that it is not constant and does not make a difference if I drive fast or slow and if the road is flat or uphill.
Could it be that the sensor is faulty or is it just the gearbox. Sometimes it is at 2 km and amd other times at 34 km or even after 200 km.
Please can you assist?

The transmission was serviced about 400 km back including a full oil change.
I have noticed this morning that it seems when the transmission is cold it is not a problem but starts to shift harder at pull away when the transmission is hot. Might be contributing to the problem. Oil in Transmission is Dexron VI.
