While driving, climate controls and power windows stopped working. Pulled over and shut down the car to check fuses since it was 95 degrees, and my windows are stuck in the UP position. Pulled under dash fuses for both and found them to look OK. Looked in under hood fuse box and found the ignition fuse was blown. Robbed one from another circuit to see if that was the problem and as soon as I turned the key on the fuse blew again. Now the car wont restart. Had it towed back to my shop. Went through all circuits with a test light and found that ALL ECU and START circuits are DEAD. Where do I start to look???
