Hello! I am the proud owner of a 2012 Sonata SE 2T. It may sound trite, but I couldn't be happier with this vehicle - now. I had a rather strange trip though, to get there.... some may be interested in the route. My first experience with a Hyundai was a 1999 Sonata. Loved the car... great engine, all interior was well engineered. Traded it when mileage got high, but car was far from done. Bought the 2012 Sonata in Aug 2011. Car was good. After 9000 miles (I know, I drive a lot), check engine light came on. Turned out a hose clamp was loose on the turbo. When that was fixed, I had a car with performance characteristics I was not aware of. After 3 days, the performance subsided. The engine light came back on, this time for the waste gate calibration. When that was fixed by the dealer, my car became the beast it should be .... rated at 270+ horses. This car, with its outside looks, its Bluetooth technology, and its amazing performance ....all while getting decent gas mileage, is simply the greatest deal going right now. Just my opinion....
