2014 Hyundai Accent A/C Problem
My 2014 Accent has stopped cooling unless I have the thermostat set to "MAX". When I move the thermostat off "MAX" in just blows hot air. It works fine on the "MAX" setting but the compressor just keeps running and running and I have to turn it off occasionally because it gets too cool at times.
So can someone tell me if there is an easy fix for this, or, is it going to be a trip to the dealership hoping that the 5 year 60k mile warranty will fix it?
Thanks

Personally, I don't know ... so, ...
I would call the dealership to find out what they say about fixing it under warranty.
All they can do is to say no.
If you have a friend who has added refrigerant to their car
then maybe you can use their gauge to check your refrigerant pressure to see if you have enough

Well, thanks for the reply but my Darling Wife showed me what I was doing wrong. Imagine that, hey! There is a button in the middle of the blower **** that I wasn't pushing when it wasn't in MAX mode on the thermostat.
So in essence it was the lose nut behind the steering wheel!!
And thanks again for the reply.
