blowin off oil filter

i got an 03 tiburon and it keeps blowing the oil filter off the housing could it be the oil pressure relif valve or do i need a new motor 2.7l gt limited

I'd say, that's your problem. Who installed the S/C? Are you sure it was done correctly?
