Because there is so much electronics involved, your vehicle first needs to be checked for what are called trouble codes.
Does the vehicle have any check engine light coming on?
Even if the check engine light is not illuminated there could be codes in the vehicle's computer that would provide some direction.
Places like Autozone will check your vehicle for any codes free of charge. A capable scan tool is required to obtain some of that info..
The days of diagnosing over the internet are long gone. Hope we offered some suggestions to get to the problem. Post the codes here., thanks.

When we get a series of codes that suggest circuit either high or not functioning, we get suspicious of a poor ground involved with all these circuits.
This is going to require a schematic diagram to examine the ground points and verify their integrity . Not something you would be equipped to handle.
A good shop with a good tech, the info and tools and training are where we are now..There is not much you could do except to look for every ground connection you can find, clean it and maybe you might get lucky and hit the one with the problem. You can always get another opinion or two, there is nothing wrong with doing that.
