Default Hyundai Tucson 2.0l 2007 model - G4GC Engine - Weak spark on Cylinder 1 and 4

Good day

I need help. I overhauled my engine due to a bearing knock and now I am struggling to get the car started.
I towed it and it started, but misfires a lot and once I step on the clutch, the car stalls.

I have checked and saw that I get very weak spark on Cylinder 1 and 4. The spark on Cylinder 2 and 3 is very strong.
I replaced the coil pack and still it gives me the same problem. I also then moved on to replace the crank sensor and still no solution.

I don't know what the problem can be

I don't know if this is relevant , but if the thrust bearings for the crankshaft are not right,,,,,,, the crank can move away from the crank sensor every time you depress the clutch.
This could have some bearing on why the signals coming from the crank sensor may not be what they should be.

Here is a bit of history. I know that the thrust bearings is definitely 100%. As i replaced them personally. And it only comes in a std size. The engine block is bored to .20 over. Oversized pistons. The crankshaft is also grinded.. .10 over on the mains and polished on the bigends. So the main bearings is at 0.10 and the conrod bearings at std size. This I only realize after i used 0.10 on all the bearings as I was informed by the engineering workshop that it was 0.10 all the way. But once tightened, the crankshaft doesnt even move. So got the standard size bearings for the conrods and everything was 100%. The endplay is also 100%.

Big part of the problem I had so far, when i stripped the engine, everything was put under a net. And when the rain came, water went in everything. So i picked up some issues with the starter. Car didn't even wanted to crank. Solenoid on the starter had issues. So that was fixed. Then the car started to crank, but doesn't want to start. Check for fueling. 100%. Check for compression. 100%. Checked the spark. Then I realized 1 and 4 is very weak. Replaced the coil pack, then the same occuree. Googled and checked on the manual what can my next area of inspection be. So went to crank sensor. Picked up 40 Ohms. Googled and it should apparently be 500 to 650 ohms. Bought a new sensor. Tested it and again only up to about 50 ohms. I don't know if it could be the camshaft position sensor. As I don't get any reading on it and not sure if there should be any reading on the sensor.
