Newbie with a new Accent

Hey all, just made a down payment on my new 2012 electrolyte green Accent SE. It will be my first foray into Hyundai as I have had all GM cars up til now. I can't wait to start making it my own.

Welcome to the forum and Hyundai ownership. I too was a former GM guy. Lots of Chevys and Pontiacs before my first Hyundai. Still love GM but now Hyundai too.

Ha, same here. Nothing but Chevy and Pontiac. I'll be selling my 97 Camaro RS to get the Accent. It should be an interesting transition.

Still have my '76 Nova. Had an '85 Cavalier, a 92 Cavalier, a '93 Sunbird LE V6 and an '03 Pontiac Vibe.

I was actually looking to get a Vibe before I found the new Accent. But getting one with decent miles on it cost over $10k, so I decided to go the new car route.

I still have my 86 Fiero project.
