Access to wiring in high brake light area

My crystal ball is a little foggy right now and I can't tell if this problem is on a sedan where the wiring comes down into the trunk OR a hatchback where the wiring usually comes down behind some panels that get pulled away on the driver's side near the rear of the vehicle..

Sorry, I wasn't too clear. I'm trying to find the easiest access to hook up an LED light strip on my 2019 SantaFe XL. I'm trying to Access Turn, Running, Brake, and backup lamp wires.
